Today I am enjoying unutterable horror. Quinn’s occult detective Jules De Grandin battles a wolf-man creature on the links along with a collection of other stories featuring the French “ghost hunter”. And Ellen Datlow’s Number 9 in her annual anthology of the best in short and medium length horror fiction. A beer is required to wash all this fright down. But maybe I should wait until after noon to imbibe as is the socially acceptable custom. Oh look! It’s 11:59.
